PLEASE READ: I take a great deal of pride in being able to offer you the highest quality reptiles and feeders. This page has been developed to provide both you, the customer, and me, the seller, the best possible experience. All animals are guranteed healthy, sexed correctly, and eating well, unless otherwise stated.

Disclaimers:

I cannot make any guarantees on the appearance of animals as they age, specifically when it comes to animals that change colors including but not limited to: Green Tree Pythons, Moluccan Pythons, and Blood Pythons. While parents are good indicators of the possible coloring of their offspring, it is impossible to tell what they will develop into. There are also no guarantees with the sex of unprobed animals, breeding ability, of adult animals or future health issues beyond the 24 hours.

Payment Options:

I accept PayPal, Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. I must receive payment before any animals are sent out. Payment plans can be arranged upon an agreed set of terms, including a non-refundable 20% deposit. I do not take payment before animals are hatched. It is first come first serve when it comes to the availability of any animals for sale.

Shipping Information:

Live arrival is guaranteed ONLY when the temperatures are between 40-85 degrees and someone is available to receive the package. I ship Fedex Overnight with delivery made by 10:30AM to either your home or work. You must make arrangements to recieve the shipment at the time of delivery. Often the delivery drivers are in a hurry and might leave the package (your animal) at the door, so keep an eye on your shipment. I will send you a tracking number once we plan a shipping time. You can track your package at www.Fedex.com. Live and healthy arrival cannot be guaranteed if not one is present to receive the package on the morning of the first delivery attempt. If there is a problem with the delivery of the package, you may be required to track down the driver and the package.

Returns:

If you receive an animal that you are not satisfied with you must contact me as soon as you get the animal. Animals can only be returned up to 24 hours after delivery. After that amount of time, animals cannot be returned. If an animal arrives to you DOA, you must contact me as soon as you open the box. If this does occur, you must send pictures of the animal, AND send the animal back to me. Once I receive the animal, I will give a full refund. After 24 hours I cannot warranty any animals, however, I will do everything I can to help you with the problem you are facing. I take pride in the quality of my animals and the assitance I can offer you.
